Biography:
Rashmi brings a wide range of experience from the medical field. She has worked on assistive technologies for people with disabilities, medical devices that are used in over 10 million procedures annually, as a clinical engineer with LMBME during the Covid-19 Pandemic, has supported the development of surgical robot for breast and spinal applications, research and innovated in maternal and fetal health. Most recently, Rashmi is the CEO of Aruna Revolution, where she works with her team to revolutionize menstrual health with compostable menstrual pads, made of natural fibers that are better for the planet and the body.
